Clancy is a Christian film about a 12-year old girl, Clancy Miller (portrayed by Christina Dawn Fougnie), whose mother is an alcoholic and/or a drug addict who mistreats Clancy so much that social workers threaten to take Clancy away from her mother; so Clancy runs away to the streets, where she attempts to fend for herself but is in danger.
However, although she probably should have been much more careful about associating with total strangers, she is observed and eventually rescued for a while by the goodwilled watchful caring efforts of a wrongfully dishonorably discharged homeless veteran of the Gulf War, Nick, who is portrayed onscreen by Jefferson Moore.
Clancy is a very worthwhile film to see.
